Koh Young Technology’s Facility Management Team comprehensively monitors firefighting capabilities, utilities, weather information, and gas and chemicals information, to prevent accident. It also has a system and manual in place to quickly spread information regarding an emergency situation and execute responses in case of an emergency situation.
Activities to Enhance Employee Health
Koh Young Technology conducts various activities for the prevention and health management of its employees. To minimize potential health risks among employees, we regularly support comprehensive health checkups at the highest level and promote preventive health policies. Additionally, through the operation of the health management office and collaboration with nearby hospitals, we provide medical services such as preventive vaccinations. Efforts are also made to identify the root causes of work-related accidents, injuries, and illnesses through trend analysis.

Supplier Health and Safety Management System
To improve the health and safety levels of our suppliers, Koh Young Technology conducts a regular inspection once a year of our suppliers’ overall health and safety management systems.
