Total IPC-610 Compliance Solution
By importing PCB Gerber Data, Koh Young 3D AOI system can measure all aspects of the component and solder joint in accordance with the IPC-A-610 standard. This eliminates the need for a golden board and time-consuming manual program set-up.
Library thresholds are defined as IPC-A-610 parameters, allowing the use to choose class I, II, or III.
Full 3D Coverage with Powerful Side-View Camera
The flagship AOI model, Zenith 2, combines Koh Young’s advanced vision algorithms with innovative technological advancements of “3D side-view cameras” to expand the inspection coverage. Extra-long Applications
Evolving applications like LED lighting, electronic vehicles (EVs), communications, and even storage can challenge manufacturers, especially in terms of board length. The new USX series allows manufacturers to efficiently inspect boards up to 1,300mm long in a single pass and can be optionally configured to handle boards up to 1,800mm long.
