This department plans overall products and business models for each business area of Koh Young. Moreover, it serves as a link between customers and the company, and between R&D and other departments. Its main tasks include project management which manages the overall schedule and quality of product development and product planning which plans and performs business models for the product. We are seeking leading experts in respective business areas, such as SMT process and semiconductor manufacturing process. Also, the abilities of great insight and accurate communication are core competence for this department.

The technical support department takes charge of all areas required by the customers, from product installation to training and after-sales services. Their engineers can be divided into manufacturing specialized engineers, who manage overall product manufacturing processes including core component manufacturing and production processes, and quality managers, who detect product defects and inspect the processes. The following abilities are prerequisites for production and quality experts: interpreting 3D drawings and understanding of the machines; responsibility and integrity to produce equipment on time; and a meticulous working standard.
