KYMERO is designed to support the full neurosurgical workflow with flexible integration options. The system can be used for robotic-assisted automated trajectory guidance, or as a navigation-only platform for real-time tracking—allowing surgical teams to adapt the technology to their procedural needs.

KYMERO is designed to fit seamlessly into the modern operating room without compromising valuable clinical space. The robot is engineered to fit under the surgical table, staying out of the surgical team’s workspace while remaining close to the patient for optimal positioning and target accuracy—maximizing both precision and OR efficiency.

KYMERO delivers reliable, precise positioning and orientation guidance through proprietary 3D Vision optical tracking technology. Our novel approach—custom-engineered markers encapsulating thousands of reference points and working seamlessly with the navigation camera—is designed to deliver real-time feedback and superior alignment accuracy throughout the procedure.

KYMERO is engineered with patient safety at its core. By positioning the robot close to the patient, the distance to the surgical target is minimized, increasing stability and improving precision. The robot’s arc-like motion, built with purpose, enables accuracy while maintaining a patient-safe workspace, allowing the surgical team to work with confidence throughout the procedure.
