离线程序优化(OPO)解决方案
基于实时三维测量检测结果数据的高迎离线程序优化(OPO)解决方案可以让用户利用过去的测量数据优化程序。其可以根据用户积累的历史结果数据,在与设备相同的模拟环境中加载程序,并通过基于测量的fine-tunning对出现不良的检测条件进行程序优化。
在不影响生产线的情况下,先在离线状态下模拟检测条件后,用户可以将新检测条件的程序部署到生产线上的所有设备上,以确保最高迎平的生产质量。
