利用获得专利的技术,高迎在业界率先推出了三维直列式透明体检测设备Neptune C+。这是一种基于高迎独有的机器学习技术增强检测性能的创新解决方案。

高迎不仅进行元件和焊点检查,还将2D和3D技术相结合,推出了业界首个针对整个基板进行芯片元件、灰尘、毛刺(Burr)、焊球、破损等引起现场故障的异物检测解决方案。
在业界首次推出通过MPM印刷机和高迎的SPI设备间的闭环通信连接,自动优化锡膏印刷工艺的闭环(Closed Loop)解决方案。
同时还推出通过与贴片机设备的前馈连接将来自SPI设备的检测结果发送到贴片机设备,从而将元件安装在更准确位置的前馈(Feed Forward)解决方案。该解决方案首次应用于高迎的3D SPI和Panasonic公司的NPM-D系列产品。
高迎推出了全球首个基于三维测量的AOI检测解决方案。该解决方案通过八向投影,不仅可以对元件进行形状测量,还可以对焊点、异物等进行测量检测。这一革命性的产品彻底改变了已有25年历史的AOI产业的市场模式。
高迎在业界首次展示了采用四向投影的3D SPI。 虽然半导体Substrate PCB上的印刷凸点存在阴影和散射等难题,但可以使用三维形状测量方法进行体积测量。凭借这一创新,该解决方案成为业界领先的OSAT企业和半导体芯片生产企业客户半导体级生产工艺上检测设备的标准。
