大多数透明体检测系统仅使用紫外线检查表面有无涂层,并使用某些测量仪测量某些特定点的材料厚度,但无法提供改进工艺所需的准确可靠的数据。此外,传统的激光共聚焦或电子显微镜系统虽然可以进行三维形状测量,但在量产使用时检测速度较慢,因此将其应用到量产中来改进工艺存在局限性。
