ESG Rahmenbedingungen

Seit unserer Gründung verfolgen wir eine auf den Menschen ausgerichtete Management-Philosophie und fördern zudem wirtschaftliche, soziale und ökologische Nachhaltigkeit. Mit dem Ziel, die Vision eines ESG-Managements so umzusetzen, um „eine bessere Welt durch kontinuierliche Innovation und menschenzentriertes Management zu verwirklichen“, haben wir die Richtung für jeden ESG-Bereich definiert und neun Hauptaufgaben ausgewählt. Seit 2020 sind unsere Aktionspläne für diese neun Hauptaufgaben konkretisiert, sie werden in einzelnen Schritten umgesetzt.
